Nora Consulting is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech input, or a keyboard alone.

Conformance status

This website has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That standard exceeds the Level AA requirement set out in the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation made under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Measures taken during the build include:

• Text and background colour combinations that meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and interface borders that meet 3:1.
• Every function reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• A “Skip to main content” link as the first item on every page.
• Meaningful alternative text on images that carry information, and no alternative text on images that are purely decorative.
• Form fields with permanent visible labels, and errors described in words next to the field they apply to.
• Layouts that reflow to a single column without horizontal scrolling, and text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
• Reduced motion honoured for visitors whose devices request it.
